With a goal of being nationwide in the coming years, Root continues to experience significant growth as it expands into new markets and increases its influence in the automotive insurance industry.

To move forward, Root needed another facility that would allow the company to hire additional claims and customer support staff.

Root will expand operations into a new 65,000-square-foot customer service and claims center on 3435 Stelzer Road in Columbus. At the new location, Root will add 400 new jobs.
