Company Need:

KyotoCooling, based in Dallas, had already established a temporary operation in the Northeast Ohio region and looked to establish permanent operations to serve the company’s growth.

“After an extensive year and a half long search for a new facility that fit our unique needs, KyotoCooling found the perfect fit in the KDA Manufacturing building in Norton, Ohio. Karla and David Klossner have been great to work with and the city of Norton has been extremely welcoming making the transition as easy as possible.  We look forward to growing with the Norton community for years to come.”

Why Ohio?

KyotoCooling will expand in Northeast Ohio to leverage the region’s talent pool, logistics, and business-friendly environment.

Ohio’s advanced manufacturing workforce is the third largest in the country, fueled by hundreds of colleges and universities as well as more than 50 technical centers that graduate nearly 7,000 students annually in trade skills. The state also has the lowest taxes in the Midwest for capital-intensive manufacturing.
