J.P. Nauseef is the president and chief investment officer of JobsOhio, where he leads a dedicated team responsible for business attraction, retention and expansion efforts across the state.
J.P. has significant executive leadership experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. Before joining JobsOhio in March 2019, he was the chairman and co-founder of Krush Media, a digital media company spun out of Krush Technologies, another tech company he led and helped found. J.P. has served as president and CEO of the Dayton Development Coalition (DDC), the chairman and co-founder of the Military Heroes Foundation, and a co-founder of Hometown Heroes.
J.P. graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and then entered the Air Force as an officer, where he served as a technology development program manager. J.P. later earned a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California. J.P. is married and has four sons.
Dana Saucier Jr. maintains a deep understanding of industry opportunities and proactively works with energy, chemical and food industry leaders to propel them to success by leveraging his experience and industry knowledge.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, Dana co-founded Accent Energy which was acquired by Enron. His past experience also includes co-founding Acceleris Group and leading DTE Energy Trading’s retail energy group, DTE Energy Supply. Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Southern Maine.
Dana enjoys the outdoors and has been a pilot for over 25 years.
Kristi Clouse serves as the executive director of operations for JobsOhio. She oversees JobsOhio’s identification of job creation opportunities, project management and incentive programs ensuring a streamlined experience for companies.
Kristi has served as director of project management for JobsOhio. Before joining JobsOhio, Kristi held various positions in economic development, including stints with the Ohio Department of Development’s Strategic Business Investment Division and Allen Economic Development Group in Allen County, Ohio.
Kristi, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute and Ohio’s Basic Economic Development Course, earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and business from Bluffton University.
Kristi’s accolades include the Lima Young Professional’s “2007 Emerging Young Professional of the Year” award and the 2008 West Central Ohio Business Journal’s “20 Under 40″ business award. She has also served on numerous community and leadership boards.
Andrew Deye is a managing director at JobsOhio, where he oversees strategy, global business development and research functions.
Previously, Andrew worked in investment banking for eight years, most recently as a vice president at Greenhill & Co. At Greenhill, and earlier at Morgan Stanley in New York and Chicago, Andrew structured and negotiated a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships and financing transactions.
A Cincinnati, Ohio native, Andrew graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He obtained a master’s degree in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Brian Faust is the chief financial officer for JobsOhio, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s financial and investment management activities. He is also the executive responsible for the JobsOhio Beverage System (“JOBS”).
Before joining JobsOhio, Brian was the founder and managing director of a financial consulting firm and co-founder and CFO of several digital media, advertising and technology companies, including Krush Media. Additionally, Brian spent several years in various corporate development, direct investment and financial roles at Teradata Corp, NCR, Reynolds & Reynolds and investment holding companies, specializing in areas including acquisitions, divestures, combinations, strategic partnerships, and growth investing.
Ted Griffith is dedicated to leveraging his knowledge and experience to grow companies and opportunities in Ohio’s information technology and logistics and distribution industries.
Prior to JobsOhio, Ted spent 21 years with Hewlett-Packard where he held positions in France, Germany, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore and California’s Silicon Valley. Ted also led emerging market solutions at Procter & Gamble and was CEO of a South Korean company. Ted received his MBA with a supply chain emphasis from The Ohio State University, and he has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minor in business from Ohio Northern University.
Ted is very involved with industry-specific organizations and advisory boards. He played a role in the launch of AWS Educate, a cloud services education initiative, at three community colleges and high schools.
Don Grubbs is the General Counsel at JobsOhio, responsible for board governance, compliance and corporate legal matters for the corporation and its nonprofit affiliate, the JobsOhio Beverage System.
Don has over twenty-five years of private practice experience in business and intellectual property law and litigation to the team. Prior to JobsOhio, Don served briefly as the assistant director for the Ohio Development Services Agency and as assistant director and chief legal counsel for the Ohio Department of Commerce.
He received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in biology with distinction from Ohio Northern University.
A former mayor and city councilman, Don is also active in board-level governance matters for several nonprofit organizations, having served as a board member and Corporate Secretary for the Ohio Academy of Science, and on the boards of the American Red Cross of Delaware County and Opera Columbus.
Valentina Isakina oversees the development and execution of strategies for growing the financial services sector in Ohio. She is also responsible for managing a number of high-profile headquarter relationships at the state level.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, Valentina served as senior advisor to the office of Tony Blair, former British prime minister. She also spent 20 years in financial services, working for industry leaders like McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company and Nationwide Insurance, focusing on strategy, financial services and private equity. Valentina has an MBA from Cornell University, a master’s in actuarial science and finance, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management and insurance from Georgia State University.
Valentina is passionate about innovation, out-of-the-box thinking and making a difference. She holds her chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation, is married and has three children.
Aaron Pitts leads the healthcare sector at JobsOhio, leveraging his knowledge of the global healthcare and bioscience industry to drive sector growth in Ohio. He is passionate about Ohio’s healthcare industry and the incredible advancements happening in Ohio that are improving the quality and longevity of the lives of people around the world.
Before joining JobsOhio, he was a senior vice president of strategy and management at Cardinal Health for 12 years and a management consultant. He received his master’s degree from the University of Minnesota and bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
Outside of JobsOhio, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, visiting their adult children, traveling, practicing yoga and weightlifting.
Glenn Richardson works with advanced manufacturing and aerospace companies to help them grow in an Industry 4.0 world.
Glenn is experienced in operations and engineering, having worked in the aerospace, automotive and energy industries. Prior to JobsOhio, he worked for Rolls-Royce Energy Systems, Inc. as the vice president of the packaging and driven equipment supply chain unit. Glenn has also held positions with Dana Corp. and at Honeywell, where he led the technical development of the fuel valves for the jet engine on the F-22 fighter.
Glenn earned an executive MBA and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
Kristi Tanner leads automotive business development efforts in Ohio and holds various roles within JobsOhio, including leadership in marketing, revitalization and organizational operations.
Kristi is certified as an economic development finance professional through the National Development Council and served several years as a member of Ohio’s Development Finance Advisory Council. Prior to JobsOhio, Kristi was an assistant director and chief operating officer for the Ohio Department of Development. She graduated from Morehead State University in Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in communication and marketing.
Kristi has led economic development efforts at the local, regional and state levels, including establishing the governor’s first regional economic development office in Southern Ohio. In fact, she was instrumental in the transition and startup of JobsOhio.

Karthik Avadhanula is the director of advanced manufacturing, where he plays a large role in helping Ohio’s manufacturers grow through the adoption of next generation practices.
Before JobsOhio, he was at Whirlpool of India Ltd., and at IBM Corp. Karthik has an MBA in finance and strategy from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering and science from the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India (one of the top 10 engineering schools in India).
Karthik favors mathematics and theoretical physics, and once flame-welded 2,800 copper tube joints in an eight-hour shift for the manufacturing line ergonomics and time study as a process design engineer.
Jonathan Bridges leverages his years of automotive industry experience to be a resource to companies looking to invest and grow in Ohio.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, Jonathan worked at the Dana Corporation World Headquarters in Maumee, Ohio for several years holding various positions. In addition, Jonathan spent more than 15 years within Chrysler Corporation engaging in a number of functional areas and assignments. He served as the Quantitative Economist for the Chrysler Group and the Manager of NAFTA Economics for DaimlerChrysler.
As a graduate of the University of Toledo, Jonathan earned a bachelor’s degree and Master of Arts in economics, as well as his MBA in operations management. He also holds a certificate in Management of Non-Profit Organizations. Jonathan is a big soccer fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
Matt Cybulski is focused on energy and chemical business expansion in Ohio, striving to help companies grow by leveraging Ohio’s growing energy industry.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, he led major projects at the Ohio Department of Development and Ohio Business Development Coalition. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in public administration, both from West Virginia University. He has over 13 years of economic development experience, including leadership roles at the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce in West Virginia and the Will County Center for Economic Development in Illinois.
Matt was one of the first members of the JobsOhio team. When he isn’t conducting business, you can find him spending time with his family.
Terry Gore helps lead and execute growth in fintech, insurance and financial services in Ohio by using his industry knowledge to assist companies with their business needs.
Prior to JobsOhio, Terry was with BBVA Compass where he was responsible for expanding its correspondent banking line of business in Ohio. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Xavier University and his master’s degree from Anderson University.
Terry has over 20 years of sales experience in the financial services industry working extensively with community banks and credit unions. In his spare time, Terry enjoys career mentoring, playing golf and watching his hometown Pittsburgh sports teams.
Severina Kraner advocates for and drives business growth in Ohio’s robust healthcare industry.
Before JobsOhio, she spent three years in healthcare investment banking, three years in the pharmaceutical industry and five years with Cardinal Health’s nuclear pharmacy services. Severina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and neuroscience from Vanderbilt University.
Severina knows that Ohio is very influential in healthcare nationally and internationally, and she is enthusiastically involved in making it known. She enjoys learning about healthcare and science, and she has set a goal of obtaining either a Ph.D. or M.D.
Joe Needham is the director of food and agribusiness for JobsOhio, where he leads efforts to attract, retain and grow jobs and capital investment in the food and agribusiness industry.
Joe’s industry experience is in agribusiness management. He served as vice president of The Andersons’ grain division and then corporate director of business development for a venture capital fund.
Joe received his bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and his master’s degree in agribusiness management from The Ohio State University. In between degrees, he served as a volunteer with the Peace Corps in Malaysia. Joe and his wife relocated to Columbus in early 2017. They have four thriving adult children who have left behind vast quantities of furniture, clothing and pets.
Milind Paranjape is a director at JobsOhio for the information technology and logistics and distribution industries.
Milind joined JobsOhio after 18 years at Emerson Network Power, a division of Emerson Electric. He has over 21 years of experience in sales, engineering, and product and marketing management in the power electronics and data center monitoring software industries. Milind holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus in electronics and telecommunication.
Throughout his career, Milind has evangelized monitoring software for data centers. Milind is passionate about technology and the role technology plays in day-to-day life. He believes in digital literacy and the impact it can have on individuals and community.
Tim Sweeney plays a role in understanding industry trends and creating innovative strategies to attract companies and jobs in advanced manufacturing and aerospace and aviation.
Tim has 32 years of manufacturing experience in the aerospace and defense industry, having worked for major defense contractors, including L3 Technologies, Raytheon and Texas Instruments. He has been involved in manufacturing products for NASA’s Space Launch System, Mars landers and rovers, ISS communications test bed and climate satellite programs. He also has been a part of manufacturing products for the U.S. Army’s high mobility trailer, Javelin missile command launch units, predator drone ground control stations, and Avengerand Chaparral FLIR systems.
Tim has his MBA from City University in Seattle and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Texas Tech University.
