Inclusion Grant
The JobsOhio Inclusion Grant provides financial support for real estate investments, equipment, and more for eligible projects in distressed communities and/or for businesses owned by underrepresented populations like minorities, women, veterans, and people with disabilities across the state. About 2.2 million people (19% of Ohioans) live in distressed communities. As part of an overall Inclusion Strategy, the JobsOhio Inclusion Grant has helped over 200 companies, created over 1,100 new jobs, and retained over 4,200 existing jobs, contributing to $73 million in new investment across the state.
Eligible companies for the Inclusion Grant must be engaged in JobsOhio’s targeted industries and business functions, including Advanced Manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing, Aerospace & Aviation, Automotive, Autonomous Mobility, Energy & Chemicals, Financial Services, Insurtech, Food & Agribusiness, Healthcare & Biomedical, Gene Therapy, Logistics & Distribution, Military & Federal, Technology, and Cybersecurity.
