Why Ohio?

Northwest Bank will expand its current office in Columbus which employs 24 full-time workers, as well as open a new additional office to support the company’s growth, increased mortgage loan production and dealer sales footprint. The availability of skilled talent was a key driver behind the company’s success and its decision to continue expanding in Ohio.

Ohio is the sixth-largest financial services industry in the U.S. The state has sophisticated tech talent to power innovations in rising tech cities such as Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland, which are consistently ranked among the top cities for young professionals and tech talent.
