Walnut Creek Foods experienced growth since its founding in the 1970s. The company acquired local manufacturing businesses and added to its own manufacturing and distribution network in recent years. Walnut Creek Foods sought to position itself to continue to support out-of-state business.

Walnut Creek Foods will invest in a new 17,000 sq. ft. building addition at its Holmes County manufacturing and distribution site.

The teams of JobsOhio and Ohio Southeast Economic Development worked closely with Walnut Creek Foods representatives on the project, which will receive a JobsOhio Economic Development Grant to assist with building construction costs.
