Logo Usage Requirements
When signed by an authorized representative of JobsOhio below, this document serves as authorization for, and constitutes a limited license to, use and display the logo of JobsOhio bearing the registered trademark symbol, ®, (the “Logo”) as well as the inclusion of a link to the JobsOhio website, , solely for the purpose of advertising JobsOhio as a client of Company (defined below) on the Company’s website.
The Logo must always be used pursuant to the guidelines contained herein, and any use that falls outside of these guidelines is strictly prohibited. The Logo must be used as provided by JobsOhio and cannot be modified or changed in any way, including but not limited to changes in the color, proportion, design, or removal of any words or artwork, or the registered trademark symbol. The Logo may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance, and must appear only in a horizontal position. Only the full-color Logo is acceptable for use on a website. The Logo may not be imitated or used as a design feature in any manner. The Logo and the website link shall not be used in any manner that would disparage or reflect negatively on JobsOhio, its staff or its services. JobsOhio reserves the right in its sole discretion to approve, modify or terminate its permission to use and display its Logo and website link, and/or to revoke this license to use and display the Logo and website link at any time. JobsOhio may demand that Company modify or delete any use of the JobsOhio Logo or website link that, in JobsOhio’s sole discretion, does not comply with the foregoing guidelines for use or which might impair JobsOhio’s rights in the Logo. JobsOhio further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law.
The term of this limited license shall commence as of the date and year written below and continues in effect until revoked by JobsOhio.
