Company Need:

Creative Liquid Coatings needed to expand to support current and new business awards from its customers with expectations to attract new business. New construction will add 94,000 square feet to the existing building at 1701 Magda Dr. Additional injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, paint line upgrades, and assembly equipment will be purchased to support the company’s growth.

We have multiple customers in Ohio and Michigan, so this location was very strategic for us. Our customers continuously work to reduce their inbound logistics costs, so keeping production near their locations is critical.
