Akron-Canton’s Largest Airline, Breeze Announces LAX Nonstop
West Coast Service Starts May 16, 2024
Akron-Canton, OH (January 23, 2024) – Breeze Airways, the U.S.’ only NLCC, or ‘Nice Low Cost Carrier,’ today announced nonstop service to Los Angeles (LAX) from Akron-Canton (CAK), starting May 16. Breeze recently became CAK’s largest carrier.
“Since we started flying in May 2021, Breeze has continued to add great destinations to our rapidly growing footprint, and now we’re the largest carrier from Akron/Canton with nine nonstop destinations and three BreezeThru routes,” said Breeze CEO and Founder David Neeleman. “The new LAX addition will surely be welcomed as we continue to bring efficient, affordable and elevated travel to underserved markets.”
The new west coast route will be summer seasonal with service on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
