  • Complete a system onboarding (we offer two group onboarding sessions each month).

  • If you opt in for recruitment support, you’ll get matched with a program manager for ongoing consulting and monthly check-ins.

  • From there, you can search for candidates in the system—and, for those who have opted in, we’ll also send candidate recommendations your way.

  • Connect with candidates, interview, and make hires.

Get Paid For Hiring Out of State Talent

The JobsOhio Relocation Incentive helps Ohio employers of any size in 10 critical sectors expand their workforces, particularly in STEM and technical occupations, with direct financial incentives to attract out-of-state professionals. The incentive offers $15,000 per employee to Ohio companies for hiring and relocating out-of-state talent into STEM or technical roles, capped at $225,000 (15 hires) per company.
