According to Ray Hexamer, president of Stark Economic Development Board, “This project not only helped an important local company to grow, it also strengthened the supply chain for another company in Stark County.”
Hendrickson will be able to continue taking advantage of Ohio’s robust and skilled manufacturing workforce, the third largest in the U.S. All parts of the manufacturing value chain are represented in Ohio, from suppliers and customers to academic and industry partners. In Ohio, manufacturers have the strategic benefit of a comprehensive infrastructure and a central location that’s within a day’s drive to over half of the U.S. and Canadian populations.
“Economic development is a team sport, and Stark County has a strong local team that is supported by regional and state players, including Team NEO and JobsOhio. I’m confident that our team will help the Stark Economic Development Board exceed our 2019 goal of adding 600 jobs in Stark County through the assistance of JobsOhio.”
