Ford is creating 2,000 jobs and has committed a $1.5 billion investment at its Ohio Assembly Plant to expand its production capabilities. It will bring a new, commercial electric vehicle to Ohio Assembly to build off the plant's existing commercial vehicle center of excellence for internal combustion engine vehicles. Ford is transitioning its business to expand its electric vehicle offerings and capture market growth.
