Company Need:

CertainTeed acquired a company that had a leased location in an old car dealership facility in Lakewood, Ohio. The lease is coming to a close, and the site is too small to accommodate growth plans. Moving was inevitable. The question was whether the expanded operation should co-locate at one of the existing CertainTeed facilities or find a new location in/around the greater Cleveland area.
