QuickLoadz needed to expand in order to keep up with an increase in orders. Major customers, including moving and shipping companies and government agencies, have an increased demand for products QuickLoadz can provide.
QuickLoadz products are unique, patented and in high demand. The increased production capacity will allow the company to grow quickly, creating high-wage, high-skilled jobs in southeastern Ohio.

Owner / QuickLoadz
QuickLoadz will move from a small building in Nelsonville to the 47,000 square foot building in the Bill Theisen Industrial Park. A JobsOhio Revitalization Grant will be used to renovate the building.
The grant, which falls under the JobsOhio Revitalization Program, helps companies and communities rejuvenate sites for use. For companies like QuickLoadz that want to make use of existing assets, this grant is useful. Ohio also has a large quantity of authenticated sites available through JobsOhio’s SiteOhio program ready for immediate development.
The expansion allows QuickLoadz to take more orders, reduce delivery times, and increase sales. That, in turn, will result in new jobs for skilled, well-paid workers to fabricate and assemble the trailers and truck beds for the growing company.
