Sheetz needed a site acquisition to construct a new user-owned distribution and food preparation facility to accommodate its business expansion plans in the Midwestern United States. The development needed to meet the company’s specifications, including dry, refrigerated, and freezer storage, along with limited food processing and preparation operations.
