The Food Packaging Innovation Center in Washington Court House, OH, consists of new, state-of-the-art extrusion equipment to produce plastic films for the food packaging industry. Among other objectives, Plastilene will work to develop and commercialize recyclable food packaging solutions, increase circularity, capture after-use material value, reduce leakage into natural streams, enhance sustainable economics, and reduce carbon footprint for Ohio & National food industry companies.
Why Ohio?
Plastilene’s facility in Washington Court House will be its first in the United States, where it will conduct research as well as produce food packaging.
