The JobsOhio Relocation Incentive was developed to help employers grow the state’s workforce in STEM talent by providing a direct incentive for attracting out-of-state talent. Support is intended for businesses of every size and experience in recruiting out-of-state talent. Please review the JobsOhio Relocation Guidelines here.

Please note that the application must be completed in a single session. Progress cannot be saved, and once you begin the application, you will not be able to exit and return later to finish it. We encourage you to review the PDF and gather any required information before starting.

Employer eligibility decisions are based on factors including but not limited to company location in Ohio, conducting business in one of JobsOhio’s targeted industries, hiring within JobsOhio’s Priority Occupations, and in good company standing with JobsOhio (if applicable).
