Company Need:
Divert, Inc. plans to open a wasted food to renewable energy facility processing inedible, unsold food material, producing renewable energy in the form of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), and a nutrient-rich digestate byproduct for soil enhancement.
The facility will have a processing capacity of up to 100,000 tons of wasted food per year. Divert plans to scale to 30 facilities nationwide, with a goal of being within 100 miles of 80% of the U.S. population by 2031.
