Vaughn Industries was seeking to construct a 120,000 square-foot manufacturing facility to maintain its current business and prepare for future growth. This new facility will bring together its virtual design, construction, and fabrication processes under one roof and will allow it to add new machinery, such as a coil line, spiral duct machine, water jet table, and unistrut extruder. A 32-foot clearance height will accommodate four bridge cranes.
