Annual Report Submission – Site Redevelopment Program

Annual Report Due March 1st
As part of your executed agreement with JobsOhio, your organization is required to submit and Annual Report each year by March 1 to demonstrate progress toward your Metric Commitments. This deadline applies regardless of what day of the week March 1st falls on.
Failure to submit your report on time may result in:
• Loss of eligibility for JobsOhio funds or services
• Repayment of disbursed funds or services
• Increased interest rates on JobsOhio loans

First Time User?
All first-time users must register for an account before submitting a report. If you have submitted an Annual Report or Application for a JobsOhio project in the past, please go to the returning user section.
Your Organization Code was emailed to you.
Only the recipient of the email can use the code to register.
Need to update the contact on file? Email PerformanceTeam@JobsOhio.com with the name, title and contact details of someone who has signing authority for your organization.
Returning User?
If you’ve submitted an Annual Report for a JobsOhio project in the past, you can log in and complete this year’s report online. Please note:
Access is tied to the email address that received the original communication from PerformanceTeam@JobsOhio.com.
If you log in and don’t see the report, it’s likely assigned to a different contact.
