Annual Report Submission – Site Redevelopment Program

Annual Report Due March 1st

As part of your executed agreement with JobsOhio, your organization is required to submit and Annual Report each year by March 1 to demonstrate progress toward your Metric Commitments. This deadline applies regardless of what day of the week March 1st falls on.

Failure to submit your report on time may result in:

• Loss of eligibility for JobsOhio funds or services
• Repayment of disbursed funds or services
• Increased interest rates on JobsOhio loans

First Time User?

All first-time users must register for an account before submitting a report. If you have submitted an Annual Report or Application for a JobsOhio project in the past, please go to the returning user section.

  • Your Organization Code was emailed to you.

  • Only the recipient of the email can use the code to register.

Need to update the contact on file? Email PerformanceTeam@JobsOhio.com with the name, title and contact details of someone who has signing authority for your organization.

Returning User?

If you’ve submitted an Annual Report for a JobsOhio project in the past, you can log in and complete this year’s report online. Please note:

  • Access is tied to the email address that received the original communication from PerformanceTeam@JobsOhio.com.

  • If you log in and don’t see the report, it’s likely assigned to a different contact.
