Workforce Wins: Recruiting Niche Cyber Talent With Infinity Labs

Challenge: 

Infinity Labs was being awarded contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for cybersecurity projects. That growth brought a pressing need for highly specialized talent. 

The company needed to fill niche roles, including software developers, data research analysts, and intelligence engineers. Candidates with these skills are in high demand across the cyber technology market, and Infinity Labs needed a way to stand out to them and keep pace with the hiring volume required by its new contracts. 

Solution: 

Through its Talent Acquisition Services program, the JobsOhio talent team developed a multifaceted marketing strategy to raise Infinity Labs' profile among software engineers in the cyber technology market and attract candidates to apply for open positions.

Lunne also developed recruitment collateral and organic social media content to reach qualified candidates where they are. 

To help the company manage a growing pool of applicants, JobsOhio supplied Infinity Labs with a contract technical recruiter through Reliant Search Group. The recruiter helped manage volume, screen candidates and schedule interviews, freeing the Infinity Labs team to focus on its mission.

To date, more than 25 Infinity Labs leaders have completed Aileron's Becoming a More Conscious Leader program, building a stronger bench of leaders to guide the company's growth.
