Through a statewide listening tour, JobsOhio heard firsthand from business owners, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem partners about opportunities to strengthen support for Ohio’s small business community.
Those conversations helped shape and expand JobsOhio’s approach, ensuring its programs continue to meet the evolving needs of businesses across the state.
The result of that commitment led to the launch of the JobsOhio Small Business Grant in 2020, helping companies access the resources they need to compete and grow. Also, in cooperation with other trusted ecosystem partners such as Lightship, ThinkModa, and Aileron, JobsOhio established an additional portfolio of small business and community programs to reach more entrepreneurs and provide the tools, connections, and support they need to thrive.
