Bucyrus, also known as the Bratwurst Capital of America, is in northcentral Ohio and approximately 66 miles southeast of Toledo. Home of the Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival, Bucyrus hosts the event annually in August, giving its nickname, and has numerous parks and recreational facilities for family entertaining. The largest sectors are agriculture, manufacturing and healthcare with Bucyrus being the home of D. Picking and Company, Eagle Crusher Incorporated, and Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works Ltd.

Fremont, located along the banks of the Sandusky River approximately 35 miles east of Toledo, the city was home to President Rutherford B. Hayes and the location of the first presidential library in the U.S. The National Arbor Day Foundation has designated Fremont as a Tree City USA, a community that manages and expands public trees in partnership with the National Association of State Foresters and the United States Forest Service, with the goal of planting trees and combat deforestation. Home to many companies, Fremont has the world’s largest ketchup plant, operated by Kraft Heinz producing 80% of the ketchup sold in the United States, and is home to a variety of large manufacturers with operations like Graham Packaging, Inoac, Atlas, and Crown Battery. With many support industries, Fremont focuses on developing business with smaller manufacturers, logistics, and transportation.

Findlay, the second-largest city in northwest Ohio, is located about 40 miles south of Toledo and hosts many annual activities and events including the Riverside Wine festival, Flag City BalloonFest, and the Findlay Hancock County Halloween Parade. Home to the University of Findlay and headquarters to Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a Fortune 100 company, and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Findlay also is home to the Whirlpool dishwasher manufacturing plant and distribution center, considered to be the largest dishwasher plant in the world based on production. Findlay has been designated #1 Micropolitan in the USA by Site Selection magazine for nine years in a row, and focuses on automobiles, health care, ITS and finance, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
